Online Club

Terms & Conditions

Welcome

Thank you for joining the It's Simply The Pets Online Club.

This club is designed to help you keep up momentum with your dog's training from home, at your own pace, with support and community behind you. My aim is to help you stay motivated, consistent, and confident, so that real progress becomes part of everyday life with your dog.

What's Included

Your membership gives you access to:

A video vault of training games, updated regularly
Monthly live workshops
A community space to ask questions and share your training videos

My Role

I see my role as your guide and support throughout your membership.

I'm here to keep you motivated, answer your questions, and help you make sense of what you're seeing with your dog — but progress depends on how consistently you use the games and resources provided.

Member Responsibility

This is a self-led programme, supported by community and guidance.

You are responsible for:

Practising the games and exercises at your own pace
Engaging with the community space respectfully
Reaching out if you're stuck or unsure

Results will vary depending on consistency, your dog's individual needs, and your environment. While full support is provided, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Training Disclaimer

This club is not a substitute for veterinary, medical, or behavioural advice
You agree to seek 1:1 or professional support where your dog's needs go beyond what this club is designed for (e.g. significant reactivity or behavioural concerns)
You accept full responsibility for your dog's behaviour and actions at all times

Membership & Payment

Membership is billed monthly at £22, collected automatically via Wix.

Founding members retain their founding member rate for as long as their membership remains continuously active. If a founding membership lapses or is cancelled, rejoining will be at the current standard rate.

Membership fees are non-refundable, including for any part-used period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time via your Wix account settings or by contacting me directly.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll keep full access to the video vault, workshops, and community space until that date, after which access will end and no further payments will be taken.

Content, Copyright & Sharing

All videos, training plans, workshop content, and materials provided as part of this membership are the copyright of It's Simply The Pets and are for your personal use only.

You may not copy, download, screen-record, share, distribute, or repost this content — in full or in part — outside of the membership, including on social media or with non-members, without prior written permission.

Community Space Guidelines

The community space is a supportive environment for members. To keep it that way:

Be respectful and kind to other members and their dogs
Keep content relevant to dog training and the club
I reserve the right to remove any content or member conduct that isn't in keeping with this

Communication

If you have any concerns or questions about your membership, please get in touch.

Open honest communication helps me make sure the club is genuinely useful to you and your dog.

The more you update me on the games, struggles, wins - the better I can support and help you

Risk & Responsibility

Training your dog — even at home — carries some inherent risk. Dogs can be unpredictable, and injury or damage can occur even when following guidance carefully.

By using this membership, you acknowledge and accept that:

There is always some risk of injury (to yourself, your dog, family members, or others) when training a dog, even in a familiar home environment
You are responsible for choosing a safe space and appropriate setup for each exercise
I am not present to supervise sessions carried out at home, and cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, or damage arising from training carried out using the resources provided
You will use your own judgement about whether an exercise is suitable for your dog, and seek 1:1 support if you're unsure

You remain fully responsible for your dog's behaviour, safety, and welfare at all times while using this membership.

Agreement

By joining this membership, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
You accept responsibility for your dog's behaviour and welfare
You understand results depend on your own consistency and engagement
You agree to the terms outlined above
